Sol Circle | The Week of Wellfulness
29 May – 2 June 2026
This late May, settle into wellbeing by the Andaman coast.
Days of yoga, mindfulness, and art that nourish — therapeutic yoga led by Jonas Westring, kintsugi, food as medicine, an aqua sound bath, and a sound bath beneath the Vesak full moon. Each one an invitation to slow down, tune in, and return to yourself.
Wellfulness — a practice that brings together wellness and mindfulness.
The Week of Wellfulness continues Sol Circle — an immersive retreat focused on one wellness theme at a time. This edition turns to wellfulness: the body at ease and the mind fully present, in the same moment.
Come for the whole week, or just a couple of nights.
Guests are welcome to follow the full programme or explore at their own pace.
At the heart of the week, a series of therapeutic yoga sessions led by Jonas Westring — Licensed Physiotherapist and Certified Yoga Therapist, founder of the Shantaya Yoga & Bodywork School in Chiang Mai, with forty years of yoga practice and twenty-five years of teaching across the USA, Asia, and Europe. Across the week, his sessions move through alignment, yoga with props, breathwork, and the five koshas of yoga psychology — educational, accessible, and quietly transformative for anybody, at any level.
Alongside, an afternoon of kintsugi — the mindful art of mending broken ceramic with gold. Meals at TAKOLA composed in the อาหารเป็นยา (Thai Food as Medicine) tradition, each dish chosen as both meal and remedy. And, on the night of the Vesak full moon, a sound bath beneath the Andaman sky.Wellness and mindfulness, held between body and mind in equal measure — amidst nature and by the sea. A space to deepen, reconnect, and reset — the quiet luxury of being well, and being fully present.

Yoga Breathing: Nervous System Re-Balancing & Clarity of Mind
Yoga offers various breathing techniques and is also seen as ‘the bridge’ between body and mind. Join this session to explore basic breath practices and gentle yoga, also to experience how breathing practices can lead into meditation.
