Here are some of the activities you will experience:

Cacao Ceremony & Medicine Songs (Open Session)
Cacao is a powerful medicine that is also gentle and soothing to the heart. In meditation practice, cacao is often associated with the heart chakra. It supports the healing process, helps to clear emotional blockages, and stimulates joy.
The ceremony begins with a grounding and rooting guided meditation, which welcomes you to connect deeply with the land. After drinking cacao, we will take you on a journey with Thai medicine songs and the vibration of shamanic drumming to connect with your heartbeat before the dance begins.

Ecstatic Dance (Open Session)
Enjoy a safe space to dance without limits or judgment. This is about getting great exercise, freeing your mind and body, and connecting with yourself and others in vibrant health. Dance as meditation goes back to the roots of human existence, and free-form sacred dance is present in many ancient cultures and religions.
Ecstatic dance empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves. This liberating atmosphere creates a melting pot of acceptance and fearlessness, giving everyone the permission and courage to dance without inhibition. As Gabrielle Roth said, “When your body surrenders to movement, your soul remembers its dance.

Drum Circle, Bonfire and Ocean Whistle (Open Session)
A drum circle can be an effective tool to help people in recovery connect with one another and develop deeper bonds. The inclusiveness of a drum circle, combined with the lack of fine motor skills required and a primal driving rhythm, makes drum therapy accessible to everyone. It can support growth and healing in people recovering from a substance use disorder.
Through group drumming therapy, people can open themselves up to a vulnerable place that allows for more significant healing and greater understanding. Feelings of isolation and disconnection are common in our modern world, dominated by screen time and social media. A drum circle can help repair those connections and bring people a new sense of belonging and inclusion.

Aqua Sound Healing and Aqua Therapy (Special Session)
Have you ever heard of singing bowl water charging? Water has been used for purification throughout world history. Did you know that both the earth and humans are made up of 70% water? That may be why charged water is associated with the power of healing and manifestation in new age philosophies.
The first benefit of water charged in singing bowls is that it can lead your brain into a meditative state. This happens as you watch the intricate patterns when water starts dancing in your sound bowl. Moreover, it can create a ‘centering effect’ inside your brain, which can help you relax!

Reiki Healing (Private Session)
“Reiki” is Japanese for ‘universal life energy,’ and is also a term used to describe a system of natural healing. We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted, there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well-being. Reiki treatments can help the body emotionally or spiritually. Reiki treatment is a process that anyone can enjoy in the ordinary course of their life. Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatments and often provides emotional support during recovery.

Zen Rock Wrapping Workshop (Ticket Session)
In Zen Buddhism practices, rocks have a special place. The karesansui, or ‘dry gardens,’ are particularly famous for their representation of still or moving bodies of water using pebbles. Unlike the Daoists, who would admire nature for its wild wisdom, the Zen Buddhists were looking to go beyond it.
Join us in this workshop to learn how to wrap stones using natural materials. Rattan stones from the river and branches come together to weave stones in various ways. This method of weaving is adapted from an ancient Japanese method of tying knots called mizuhiki. The Japanese usually use this method of tying the knot to adorn packages or envelopes as gifts for important occasions such as New Year’s Day, birthdays, and weddings.

Macrame Crystal Necklace Workshop (Ticket Session – suitable for ages 16 and older)
Macrame is a technique of tying various kinds of knots to create decorative objects that originated from 13th-century Arabic civilization. The technique was used in many household products. In the early 1980s, macrame began to be seen in fashion fields such as jewelry. Focusing on knot tying is another form of meditation. While doing it, you will experience the healing properties of the crystal that you are holding. There will be a variety of hemp twine from Japan available for material selection. You will learn how to tie basic macrame knots and create your own crystal necklace to take home.

Sound Bath Meditation (Ticket Session)
A sound bath is a guided meditation that uses Singing Bowls and healing techniques to help participants enter a deep meditative state. The goal is to stimulate theta brain waves, which are associated with deep, meditative states that can aid the body in healing by calming the nervous system, slowing the heart rate, and restoring mental clarity.

Natural Art Therapy (Ticket Session)
In this workshop, you will embark on an immersive nature walk to gather natural materials and inspiration. Using whatever speaks to you, you will create your own one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners, and no previous experience is necessary.

Guided Meditation and Breath Work (Ticket Session)
Guided meditation describes a type of meditation led by a teacher, in person or via audio or video. When starting out, having an expert lead you through the basic steps of your meditation practice is recommended. Whatever skill we are learning in life, having an experienced teacher we can trust and relate to is important. But when it comes to exploring the intricacies and subtleties of the mind, it is not just important but essential.
Breathwork is a breathing exercise or technique in which you change your breathing pattern. People typically use breathwork to improve aspects of their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, such as focusing or releasing negative thoughts. It may help provide relief from stress, pain, or feelings of anger. Long deep breaths help us feel calm, centered, grounded, and energized. How we breathe often indicates how we feel. The reason for this is because deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which takes us out of fight or flight (the sympathetic nervous system).
