The Week of Eastern Philosophy

Time: 15:30 – 16:30
Venue: Lagoon
Price: THB 1,500 per person

Mindfulness for Beginners

Discover inner peace with our introductory Vipassana Meditation session. This ancient practice reduces stress, improves focus, and enhances emotional well-being — with guided meditation and practical tips you can bring into daily life.

Time: 14:00 – 15:00
Venue: Lagoon Hall

Venue: Lagoon Hall

Tai Chi by the Sea

Let the rhythm of the sea guide you inward. No experience needed. Just you, the breeze, and the present moment.

Time: 17:30 – 18:35
Venue: Beachfront

Presence in Petals

Time: 10:30 – 12:00
Venue: Library
Price: 1,500 THB/person

Time: 14:00 – 15:30
Venue: Library
