Devasom Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort proudly announces that the latest edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Thailand has once again awarded both of the resort’s excellent restaurants: Takola receiving the impressive Bib Gourmand while Devasom Beach Grill and Bar was given honorary mention by the globally respected publication.
Takola, the signature Thai restaurant of Devasom Khao Lak, was selected from among 361 dining establishments in Thailand to receive the Bib Gourmand, for being “very good value for money”. This is the second consecutive year that Takola has received an awarded listing in the Michelin Guide and this year’s Bib Gourmand again.

Takola serves up flavorful, sophisticated Thai dishes which pay homage to local wisdom. Dishes at Takola which deserve particular praise, as mentioned by the Michelin Guide inspectors, include the signature spicy chili shrimp dip Nam Prik Takola, the rich and tasty curry Kaeng Pu Bai Cha Phlu and the rare recipe, Sakuna Chom Suan.
Also receiving recognition for the second time in a row is Devasom Beach Grill and Bar, Devasom Khao Lak’s beachside dining venue, which was given honorary mention (previously known as the Michelin Plate award) in the distinguished selection of restaurants regarded as among the world’s best, by the universally respected Michelin Guide. Known and loved for its Mediterranean fusion cuisine, Beach Grill and Bar serves sumptuous, hearty dishes prepared with high quality local seafood in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. While guests enjoy the splendidly satisfying fare, nature provides a feast for the eyes with a view of the stunning Andaman Sea.
