Nostalgic Loy Krathong: A Night of Siam’s Golden Era at Devasom Khao Lak

Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort celebrated Thailand’s Loy Krathong festival in November 2025 with a tribute to 1950s Bangkok. The evening brought together live Luk Krung music, traditional crafts, and flavours from Thailand’s four regions.

An Evening of Tradition

The hands-on activities of the krathong making workshop allowed everyone to create their own pieces for the evening ceremony. Guests experienced the golden age of Siam while Luk Krung melodies filled the air. The culinary experience featured regional Thai specialities, with charcoal-grilled seafood and meats alongside traditional desserts from across the kingdom.Classical Thai performances added to the cultural richness of the evening.

We thank everyone who participated in this celebration of Thai heritage. Your engagement with the workshops, ceremony, and traditions made this Loy Krathong a night to remember.
