At Takola, patrons have the opportunity to savor Thai delicacies prepared with the old recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation in the Devasom family. Locally sourced ingredients are mainly used \u2014 fish from local fishermen, eggs from organic farms and seasonal greens from local producers \u2014 which ensures freshness, high quality and sustainability while supporting the local community. Dishes at Takola which deserve particular praise, as mentioned by the Michelin Guide inspectors, include the signature spicy chili shrimp dip Nam Prik Takola, the rich and tasty curry Kaeng Pu Bai Cha Phlu and the rare recipe, Sakuna Chom Suan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also receiving recognition for the second time in a row is Devasom Beach Grill and Bar, Devasom Khao Lak\u2019s beachside dining venue, which was given honorary mention (previously known as the Michelin Plate award) in the distinguished selection of restaurants regarded as among the world\u2019s best, by the universally respected Michelin Guide. Known and loved for its Mediterranean fusion cuisine, Beach Grill and Bar serves sumptuous, hearty dishes prepared with high quality local seafood in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. While guests enjoy the splendidly satisfying fare, nature provides a feast for the eyes with a view of the stunning Andaman Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open to guests since 2018, Devasom Khao Lak is not only a holiday destination for discerning travelers but also a treasure trove for gourmands who find the easy journey to the resort well worth the delights their palates discover.
