Child Policy
A maximum of one extra person (including child) is permitted per one guest room.
# Infant age 0 - 2 years old stays free of charge.
# Child age 3 - 11 years old sharing same bed with parents is required to pay for breakfast THB 330 per person per day at the resort upon arrival (an extra bed is not provided).
# Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an Extra Person charge which includes breakfast.
Extra Person
All room rates are for a standard occupancy of max. 2 persons per room only. A maximum of one extra person (including child) is permitted per one guest room.
An extra person charge is THB 1,600.- per room per night (rate includes breakfast).
Airport Transfer Rates
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - Hotel @ THB 3,000.- per car per way (for max. 3 passengers)
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - Hotel @ THB 3,500.- per car per way (for max. 6 passengers)
Handicapped Accessibility
We recommend villas for guests with difficulty using stairs; our guest rooms are on a three-storey
mansion. Our public areas including restaurant, courtyard, lobby, and library are wheelchair-accessible.
Two Beach Villas are wheelchair-accessible.
To reserve a wheelchair-accessible villa, please advise your preference when making reservation
No-shows
No show will carry penalty fee of equivalent to 100% of the total stay.
Cancellations
# For a stay within 1Apr - 31 Oct:
Cancellation requires at least 7-day advance notice or penalty of equivalent to 100% of total stay will be applied.
# For a stay within 1 Nov - 21 Dec or 3 Jan - 31 Mar:
Cancellation requires at least 14-day advance notice or penalty of equivalent to 100% of total stay will be applied.
# For a stay within 22 Dec - 2 Jan:
Cancellation requires at least 21-day advance notice or penalty of equivalent to 100% of total stay will be applied.
Refund is subject to 5% bank handling fee.
